Dunk Murphy’s Minced Oath ambient music project focuses on sonic scale, variation and flow. With three albums to date released on countersunk.org, each release explores new juxtapositions of density and texture with compositions ranging from the joyously harmonious to the malevolently atonal. Broad undulations of thick resonance are performed dynamically, hi-lighting a novel approach to electronic music performance, dancing between entropy and order. Dunk Murphy records and performs as Sunken Foal, Minced Oath, Press Charges, Celica, and as a member of Ambulance and The Natural History Museum.
